AuditReady turns paper receipts and invoices into clean, ordered PDFs for your accountant or a tax audit. If something is not working, or you have a question, we are happy to help.

Email [email protected]. Tell us your device model, its system version and the app version (shown in the app under Settings), and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please do not send us receipts with personal or financial details unless we ask for an example.
Free Plan and Pro
The free plan lets you export 5 pages each calendar month. A page is one sheet of the paper size you choose, such as A4 or A5, or one image exported without paper. Unused pages do not carry over to the next month. The free plan also includes one signature per month and shows banner advertisements.
AuditReady Pro removes the advertisements and the limits, and adds features such as several receipts on one page, spreadsheet (CSV) export and signing every scan in one go.
Subscriptions
- Restore a purchase: on a new device, or after reinstalling, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought Pro with.
- Cancel: subscriptions are managed by the store. On iPhone and iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Refunds: payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them. On Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Google Play, request it from your order history.
Your Data
Your scans and their details stay on your device. We do not have a copy, so we cannot recover documents for you. To keep them safe when you change or lose your phone, keep your device backup turned on (iCloud Backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android).
To remove everything, open Settings in the app and tap Delete all documents. To change your advertising and statistics choices, open Settings and tap Google ad privacy choices (shown where that choice applies).
